Other than my family, the passion of my life is quilting. An eclectic, I love a wide variety of styles and techniques encompassing both machine and hand work. I am a longarm quilter who can work for you. I enjoy any style, from pantographs to all-over to full custom, ranging from traditional to modern. I love bringing vintage tops to life and am willing to work with a challenging quilt top. Instagram: lyncc_quilts

Welcome to my Link-Up for BOMs Away Mondays!

(We'd love to see the BOM you're working on lately.)

Hang on to your seats! Not only is October here, but I actually got some quilt work done this week!

It wasn't as much as I would have liked, but I did get all the pieces traced and rough-cut for the next block on one of my McKenna Ryan BOMs. It actually takes a while to do that, as anyone who's worked on any of these can testify. Kinda messy, too, with the pencil's graphite rubbing off the backing paper onto your hand as you work.

Anyway, it's so very nice to have a "real" pic for you guys finally!

So how 'bout you? Did you get any work done on your BOMs or interval projects? Link up here and show it off!

No need to write up a whole new post unless that's what you want to do today. Simply link a post from this past week or so.
(Thanks bunches if you mention this spot on your own blog.)

  1. Have you tried using a Pilot FriXon pen (hot steam/iron removes it) instead of a graphite pencil?

  2. I like your McKenna Ryan project, I'm a big fan of her designs and have one in progress that I've not touched for a long time and a couple more that I really should get around to working on.

  5. I know just what you mean, Lyn. Right now I have a block from Esther Aliu's BOM that has about 33 small flowers. Phew!
