Other than my family, the passion of my life is quilting. An eclectic, I love a wide variety of styles and techniques encompassing both machine and hand work. I am a longarm quilter who can work for you. I enjoy any style, from pantographs to all-over to full custom, ranging from traditional to modern. I love bringing vintage tops to life and am willing to work with a challenging quilt top. Instagram: lyncc_quilts

BOM's Away Monday - 8 Apr 2012

Welcome to my Link-Up for BOMs Away Mondays!
(We'd love to see the BOM you're working on lately.)

Did you have a nice Easter? Our weekend was gobbled up doing a massive over-haul of the garage for moving prep. Couldn't have had a nicer day for it!  (of course, that made it hard to ignore the call of the beach. . .)

If you've never lived in Florida, you might not understand just how cram-packed garages can get. No basements here means most garages turn into storage, not car homes. Ours was a nasty jumbled mess. Thanks to the two cuties below, it's all sorted out into "put in storage" "garage sale" and "leave for the next owners" (namely, the huge stack of hurricane shutters back behind the wagon).

Gotta love band kiddos who need to earn money for their
trip to the Macy's Parade! These two are AWESOME workers.

It's also painted!  :D

Hopefully you managed to get some BOM sewing done this week. I've *got* to find time to accomplish something this week, for sure!

What have you guys done on BOMs or interval projects lately? Weeklies are welcome along with regular projects that you’ve broken into monthly units, and –of course- true BOMs.   Share your eye candy and show off your progress since the last time you linked up! There are some wonderful monthly and weekly projects going on out there. :D

  1. Oh my - great job! That's hard work too :*) I wish I could link up this week, but never managed to get anything done on Moonglow all week long :*( I hope to get back to work on it this week.

  2. Think they could come do my garage next? No basement here, either, so we have a two car garage with one car in it. Sigh.

  3. Thanks for a Linky Party. I loved all the Band Projects I did as a kid! Good People helping to pay for GREAT TRIPS!!!

  4. I could sure use those workers over here! No basements in Texas either.

  5. I am pretty sure that is the only reason a lot of houses have 3 car garages around here. It's really 2 car and storage. I hope you did well with the garage sale. It's only when you move you realize how much you have accumulated! :)

  6. Wow, that's a lot of stuff. We have basements in CO so it's out of sight. I remember doing goofy projects to raise money for band trips. Good times.
