Other than my family, the passion of my life is quilting. An eclectic, I love a wide variety of styles and techniques encompassing both machine and hand work. I am a longarm quilter who can work for you. I enjoy any style, from pantographs to all-over to full custom, ranging from traditional to modern. I love bringing vintage tops to life and am willing to work with a challenging quilt top. Instagram: lyncc_quilts

BOM's Away Monday - 21 May 2012

Hi! You all are dusting me on BOM work while this move eats up my life!

Did you get to see the eclipse yesterday? I didn't, but I love these images:

Check out the crescents thrown onto an old friend's back door in Arizona:

What have you guys done on BOMs or interval projects lately? Weeklies are welcome along with regular projects that you’ve broken into monthly units, and –of course- true BOMs. Share your eye candy and show off your progress since the last time you linked up! There are some wonderful monthly and weekly projects going on out there. :D

  1. Great eclipse photos. We didn't have the special glasses so missed it but heard it was awesome.

  2. Thanks for the eclipse photos...it was cloudy here : )

  3. Fantastic photos. I went out but couldn't even fine the moon.

  4. Your friend's photo is awesome!

  5. Great photo. My BOM's have been gathering dust these last few weeks, but they will hopefully be back on the agenda soon!

  6. Great photos.I caught again my BOMs!!

  7. Love your eclipse stuff...we were driving across Death Valley and were using two pair of polarized sunglasses to block the light and visibly see it. Tried to take a photo through them, but that DIDN'T work! ;-)

  8. I was so busy watching the eclipse in Tokyo, that I forgot all about my camera. When it went to that point, it was moving too fast to run back down to the first floor.

  9. Gorgeous photos of the eclipse. Love the 'almost' ring of fire. So spooky but beautiful. Hope you get things sorted soon before you forget how to sew! As if! ;o)
