BOMs Away - Surfer's PointI

Welcome to the link-up for BOMs Away Mondays!
Where we share what we're doing on a BOM-type project
so they don't stall out in UFO-land!
(Linky at the bottom.)

It was the week for working on Surfer's Point, but we had such a gorgeous weekend (mid-60s) between snow stints, that I wasn't feeling several hours at a machine.

I did make all the HST's, so those are ready to go for the next two big feathered stars.  :)

~*~*~*~

Did you work on you BOMs this week?

Kate over at Katie Mae Quilts has joined me in hosting this meet-up,
and linking up from either end puts you on the party at both sides.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  1. Enjoy making your feathered stars! It's not an easy pattern, but your HST have pretty colors!

  2. I'm looking forward to seeing your feathered stars! I've been busy with HSTs, too. They can be monotonous in the beginning -- much more fun when they start coming together into blocks! By the way, what's your definition of a "BOM type project?" If not an actual BOM, do you mean samplers where every block is different? Not sure which projects are appropriate for sharing in your linky party. Glad you got some lovely weather between your snowfalls!

Thank you for stopping by! I answer each comment via email. Sometimes, though, the system fails to notify me that a comment has been left, and if you are a "No-Reply" commentor, I cannot respond. Also, I apologize for having to block anonymous users - too much uncivil spam was coming through to leave the comments completely open.
