Quilt ADD in therapy

Other than my family, the passion of my life is quilting. An eclectic, I love a wide variety of styles and techniques encompassing both machine and hand work. I am a longarm quilter who can work for you. I enjoy any style, from pantographs to all-over to full custom, ranging from traditional to modern. I love bringing vintage tops to life and am willing to work with a challenging quilt top. Instagram: lyncc_quilts

~Flimsy Alert!~ "Stepping Stones"

Here she is, finally a finished top either 11 or 14 years after I started her!

And she's gorgeous:

"Stepping Stones" (86 x 97 inches),
a Judy Niemeyer paper piecing pattern, done in the queen size.

In one place I noted that I started this in 2010, but I'm pretty sure I went to the Judy Niemeyer "Stepping Stones" workshop before my cousin died in 2008.

Either way, this beautiful babe's mostly-done blocks sat in a plastic tote for Way. Too. Long.

  3. It's beautiful, congratulations on the finish. I've come to realization just this morning that my UFOs are truly just projects set into time out. They were misbehaving typically; ran out of a fabric as it morphed, things weren't lining up correctly, An errant snip done wrong, operator err, etc.. LOL
I'm feeling much better as I'm sure are you with the gorgeous finish.
