Other than my family, the passion of my life is quilting. An eclectic, I love a wide variety of styles and techniques encompassing both machine and hand work. I am a longarm quilter who can work for you. I enjoy any style, from pantographs to all-over to full custom, ranging from traditional to modern. I love bringing vintage tops to life and am willing to work with a challenging quilt top. Instagram: lyncc_quilts

BOMs Away - From the Heart block 9

Welcome to the link-up for BOMs Away Mondays!
Where we share what we're doing on a BOM-type project
so they don't stall out in UFO-land!
(Linky at the bottom.)

Hello, there.  :)

I can share my finished block 9 for my "From the Heart" BOM:

Now I have some pieced blocks to make before this can be assembled.

And

Did you see that I shared the fully assembled Dinner Plate Dahlia for Devon's colorway?

80 x 80 in.
I like the Judy Niemeyer Technique-of-the-Month patterns, as I usually learn one (if not several) new techniques. I'll be an old hat at the tricks this quilt pattern held by the time I'm finished with #3 and #4!

Hey, I'm going to put another call-out for TGIFF here -

Do you have a finish that's almost ready? Would you like to host a TGIFF link-up at your blog? (We can supply linking code, so you don't need your own subscription for that.)

Dates available are August 23, September 13, and December 6 and 20.
The sign up sheet is at This Link.

~*~*~*~

But back to you! How are your BOMs doing lately?

Kate over at Katie Mae Quilts has joined me in hosting this meet-up,
and linking up from either end puts you on the party at both sides.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  1. Gosh, that's a pretty block with the little birds! Is the picket fence pieced, or applique? Sew cute!

Thank you for stopping by! I answer each comment via email. Sometimes, though, the system fails to notify me that a comment has been left, and if you are a "No-Reply" commentor, I cannot respond. Also, I apologize for having to block anonymous users - too much uncivil spam was coming through to leave the comments completely open.
